Login procedure

As a first step, you must have received your credentials from Moro Support team with quite a few information.

Below we will highlight how to login to Moro Cloud using those credentials.

As Moro Cloud is currently available in 2 Availability Zone, hence 2 URLs are mentioned:

AZ1:

https://portal.az1.morocloud.com/tenant/<Organizationame>

AZ2:

https://portal.az2.morocloud.com/tenant/<OrganizationName>

You will receive the Tenant login details from the Moro Support Center, including your login credentials and step-by-step instructions on how to setup MFA for your Tenant Organization.

Login to Tenant

  1. Assuming you have set up MFA, please find below the details on how to log in to your Tenant using MFA.

  1. Enter username e.g. [email protected], [email protected] address

  1. Enter the credentials you received from the Moro Support Center.

  1. Authenticate your user using your authenticator app.
