The User credentials you received from Moro Team has the “Tenant Admin” role who has Administrator rights to perform many tasks in your Moro Cloud Organization.
You can create new users, assign different roles and reset passwords for existing user in Moro Cloud.
Note: We recommend using LDAP based accounts instead of local accounts. Get in touch with Moro Team for further discussion.
In below steps we will explore the User creation and different roles available.
To see your Moro Cloud users, click on “Administration” Select “Users” under “Access Control”
Here we can see a user named “user1” who has the role “Tenant Admin”

You can create new Users and assign appropriate role to them. Below is the list of roles available:
Tenant Admin
The rights associated with the predefined Catalog Author role allow a user to have complete administrative rights over Moro Cloud Organization.
Catalog Author
The rights associated with the predefined Catalog Author role allow a user to create and publish catalogs.
vApp Author
The rights associated with the predefined vApp Author role allow a user to use catalogs and create vApps.
vApp User
The rights associated with the predefined vApp User role allow a user to use existing vApps.
Console Access Only
The rights associated with the predefined Console Access Only role allow a user to view virtual machine state and properties and to use the guest OS.
Administration Users NEW
In Create User Popup, enter Username, password select appropriate role, you can also add Contact details for the use if needed Keep

You can Edit, enable, disable, delete, unlock the password for user when needed. In order to delete the use, you need to disable the use first.
To set a new password, edit the user and enter new password in edit user popup window.
