Self-Managed Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)

This is a cloud service that offers customers a virtual datacenter environment with the required set of compute resources (vCPU and vRAM), storage and network. The responsibility of the VM management and monitoring lies with the customer, including the initial VM provisioning and configuration of various cloud services. Following are typically included as part of the Moro IaaS Cloud:

1. Virtual Data center (vDC) Services that includes VM compute resources – vCPU, vRAM and Storage.

2. Network firewalls based on NSX available as basic, professional, advanced and enterprise plus to meet various business demands.

3. Network services such as VPNs, VLANs, routing and load balancer

4. Monitoring and Alerting dashboard for the resources deployed

5. Schedule backup and perform restores of the VMs running in the vCloud Datacentre.

7. Access to 24x7 Service Desk, to help customers with any problems they face with the platform.

8. Access to client portal
